Security

In a decentralized world, the responsibility of every single participant is enormous. If you make a mistake, no bank or other centralized entity will be able to help you.

One of the most important things is to store your seed phrase in a safe way. No natural catastrophe (fire, water, etc.) should be able to destroy your hard copy. To reduce the risk of theft, you can store your seed phrase in a safe or even store different parts in multiple locations.

Hardware wallets are another safety layer. They act as a physical step before connecting to an application or signing a transaction. It's also much safer to input your seed phrase into a hardware wallet that has never been connected to the internet and has virtually no risk of malware.

Most importantly: never share your seed phrase with anyone. If someone asks for it, it's always a scam. No legitimate service or support team will ever request it.

Do your own research. We cannot guarantee the security of any product.
